How to submit

Send the repo link (for example https://github.com/owner/repo) with a one-line pitch by email or through the contact details in the footer. You can send several repos at once, one per line.

Selection criteria

Public on GitHub and actively maintained.
A clear description or README and a valid open-source license.
Useful to developers or engineering teams: tools, frameworks, apps, quality learning resources.
No malware, unlawful content or copyright infringement.

Process

After we receive a suggestion, an administrator reviews it and adds the repo to the system. Repo details are synced from GitHub automatically; you do not need to provide any extra data.

Removal requests

If you are the author or owner and want a repo removed from Open Repo, contact us with the repo link and we will handle it as soon as possible.
